Terms and Conditions
Last updated 9 September 2026. These terms are between you and Quiet Kindness Haven, the business that provides the Quiet Kindness app and website at quietkindnesshaven.com.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or continuing to use Quiet Kindness, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You need to be old enough to enter an agreement where you live.
What Quiet Kindness is, and is not
Quiet Kindness is a self guided wellbeing companion for mothers. It offers reflection, gentle practical support and general information. It is not therapy, not medical care, and not a diagnosis, and it is never a substitute for professional or emergency help. If you are in danger or crisis, contact your local emergency service or a crisis line.
Your account
Keep your sign in details to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
What we ask you not to do
Please do not use Quiet Kindness unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, to harass anyone, or to interfere with its security, for example by probing, scraping or introducing malicious code. Please do not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service, or work around its technical limits.
What we own, and what you own
Quiet Kindness Haven keeps ownership of the app, the website, the written content, the software and the branding. You keep everything you write. You give us a limited permission to store and process your writing only so we can provide the service to you.
Membership, payments and cancelling
Membership is optional and paid once, with no recurring charge: A$5 for 30 days of access, or A$25 for founding membership, limited to the first 100 founding members. Membership is for one individual account and cannot be shared or transferred. Lifetime founding access covers the membership experience and features included in the founding membership, not every future product, service, course or physical product. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are covered by our own Refund Policy. Both offers are one time payments with nothing to cancel. Prices are shown before you pay.
Service level
We care for Quiet Kindness carefully, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or end access if there is a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non payment, or a security or fraud risk. You can close your account at any time from your Profile, and your personal information is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
